The seventh edition of Luxembourg Art Week will combine a physical event - namely the fair - and a digital tour of it, called AW3D.
Held in a new 5,000 sqm venue in the heart of Luxembourg City, the fair brings together a total of 81 galleries (up from 65 in 2019) that are divided into three main sections.
The main section features 45 international established galleries from across Europe. The 'Take-Off' section welcomes 28 galleries representing young emerging artists as well as institutions, organizations and artists’ collectives wishing to present their work to a wider audience. The new, curated 'Focus' section, aiming to highlight a contemporary art scene in a European city, focuses on the diverse and vibrant young scene in Brussels, the Belgian capital.
AW3D, comprising a 3D virtual tour and online catalogue, will build on its success from last year when it attracted 30,000 visitors from 90 countries, offering a complete digital extension to the fair.
