Entitled Stars and Outsiders, Dorotheum's upcoming contemporary art sale in Vienna will offer 91 lots with works by major European and American artists.

With estimations from 16,000 € to 600,000 €, the sale will feature works by Carl Andre, Berlinde De Bruyckere, Pier Paolo Calzolari, Robert Combas, Piero Dorazio, Jean Dubuffet, Lucio Fontana, Sam Francis, Gunter Damisch, Hans Hartung, Ilia Kabakov, Alex Katz, Jannis Kounellis, Markus Lüpertz, Heinz Mack, Arnaldo Pomodoro, Arnulf Rainer, Jean-Paul Riopelle, Ugo Rondinone, Antoni Tàpies, Emilio Vedova, Andy Warhol, Franz West and others.

Highlights will include a series featuring reproduced photos of Judy Garland and Liza Minnelli by Andy Warhol (280,000 € - 420,000 €), Paysage avec personnage (Landscape with Figure) by Jean Dubuffet (300,000 € - 400,000 €), Ivory Tower by Piero Dorazio (180,000 € - 260,000 €) and Suchtgiftabhängiger (Drug Addict) (25,000 € - 45,000 €) by Franz West.
